And thanks for your comments on my other Posts.

Yes….diving in. The thought of Jaws waiting for me in the deep is playing on my mind. But I will dive in……soon.

Thank you Betty Blockbuster, Stuart and wilandel for your replies and advices.

I wish I could believe in myself. I would if I am an expert on the subject. But at the moment I’m still…..a newbie.

Betty Blockbuster…..I either got the Buyer’s Advocate from the API magazine or while surfing the net. They charge, I think 1.1% if I do the leg work and 2.2% if they do everything. I don’t have time to do the leg work.

Wouldn’t Capital Growth out weighs the 2.2%?

    Hi all

This sounds like a great way for a new and scared person to get into IP. As long as the more experienced person doesn’t mind.

I would be interested. How many properties and how much?

Back again after a few days of ISP problem.

[:)] Hi, I’m Gav married to Noel. Both work for Aussie Post. Have two Boxers, MurphyBrown & Tyson.
No IP and no money, spent it all. Just started looking and learning on property investing. Have people called to invest in Negative Gear but then read M.Loams’s books so now Positive Cash Flow. And now even more confused as it sounded like M.Lomas’s Positive Cash Flow is different.
I am still lost and confused in my comfort zone[:(]
I’ve never made the right decision. And I am scared I am going to make another wrong one. I really need somebody to take my hand and guide me. I reckon once I feel safe with the first property Noel wouldn’t be able to stop me[:D]

I live outside of Geelong. Was told that Noble Park was close to Monash Uni. I do have the floor plan for the block of 7 townhouses but it is in the room where my nieces are sleeping at the moment. I will get back to you on this later.
I got a Financial Report done with M.Lomas’s company and to become a client there is a fee attached. I am considering paying the fee for somebody to watch over me

Thanks for the prompt post. Yes it is our first and there is a lot of uncertainty with the first one. The second is Off The Plan in Noble Park. Would you still consider that? I noticed that another brand new townhouse in the same suburb is going for $239,000 and I did think the price of $272,000 was a little high.

Won’t mind rental property in another state. Would be a good excuse to go for a holiday…[:D][:D]

Thank you DNTSpro, TheENJOLady and Phooper. Unfortunately I couldn’t make it to Benleigh tonight as I had to work. I will keep learning from here. It is a great place for somebody like me, who doesn’t know a thing about Property Investing, to be able to consult people who have more knowledge on the subject.

I be back and back from now on.

    Thanks again….

    Hi Gavalynn,

If you are looking for positive gear IP…Queensland is good place.
If you want help…go to the info meeting about IP tonight…in Benleigh. It is good for no experience investor.

    Hello[:)]

I’m new too and scared, don’t know who to trust and don’t know what to do.

How do I know what property to buy, what to look for, WHERE to buy and how much to pay?

I’ve read M. Lomas’s books and got a financial report from the company. I am still scared. I have an estate agent calling me about properties and more or less they will be negative geared. What must I do not to be taken for a ride?

    Help!!!!![?]
