Anyone have any thoughts on midland 

Something I am not sure of what are they going to do with the athletes accommodation after the games at parklands? I have heard it may stay for accommodation for the university hospital recently built. This could provide an oversupply of lower range property in the area. Love to hear anyone's thought?

Thanks for the comments guys, I realize it has been flat for some time and prices have come back quite a bit. I would be looking at 3 bedrooms and a large block, perhaps in the lower price range and basically positively geared. Great to know Paul, I was looking at a lease option on the property anyway. I suppose if they are still undischarged you have to wait 5 years from when they are discharged for it to be off there record.
