    Will any of the following add more upside?

    1. further subdivide a large enough strata
    2. consolidate multiple adjoining smaller strata

    Is buying strata in general a poor investment choice?

    Is equity in CP generally accessible similar to resi in the form of equity loan?
    Any lender out there happy to do that?
    What is the process of doing so, meaning can I organise my valuer or is it all at the mercy of the lender’s own valuer?

    Hi,
    Is any commercial lender out there who can do the following:

    1. 100% LVR based on a strong lease, ie 10+ year lease plus options.
    2. Lending based on valuation of CP instead of the usual case of lower of valuation and contract price.
    3. Highest LVR for non-recourse loan.
