Thanks for all your advice guys. The DA was prepared by our builder who has had experience doing this sort of developement but not with this council. After a bit of guidance please . We have a DA in with the Sutherland Shire council to construct another detached dwelling on our land then subdivision. When we were looking at doing this DA we spoke to the town planner with reguards to the setback not complying . We are looking at putting a granny flat at the rear of our current PPOR. We have owned and lived in this property for 13 years .

My wife and I have set up with E super . We have found them to be good with most of the work done for you (Tax returns audits etc etc ) .You just have to fill out the forms and their are a lot of forms. Setting them up is complex but they made it easy.
