  • fullout replied to the topic mortgage insurance ? in the forum The Treasure Chest 21 years, 2 months ago

MOtgage Ins is very troublesome to take up, they will dictate to your lender which and which are u can take up the insurance, and the lender has to listen to them,

And since they have the final say, they can also change their mind on the last minute before you need your finance approved. Happened to some people before.

  • fullout replied to the topic Terry Ryder off Steves Xmas card list in the forum The Treasure Chest 21 years, 2 months ago

I read an article on him on the AGE newspaper few weeks back in Melbourne.

He seems to be claiming that all property investing seminar coaches or authors that encourage people to invest in property are cons. Thats a VERY VERY BIG GENERALISATION, Terry. He doesnt get the facts and simply shoots remarks here and there, just because he has written…[Read more]

  • fullout replied to the topic Who’s going to Nhill on Saturday? in the forum The Treasure Chest 21 years, 2 months ago

    wes,
from what i remember, i paid close to 20,000 to the buyer instead of 16,000. I think there must be some docs missing in my folder.
I think the loan ended up to the left over 63,276.
(NO wonder the monthly repayment is a little lower than I calculated for 66,400!)

Is this the normal procedure for the loan? why must they transfer the funds…[Read more]

  • fullout replied to the topic Who’s going to Nhill on Saturday? in the forum No Subject 21 years, 2 months ago

hahaha i am a lucky boy!!!!

    Disbursement of Mortgage

    Amount of the Advance 66400
    (-) Homeside Lending 500
    (-)Com of Ste Rev 2021
    (-)Registrar of Title
    (-)Deacons (solicitor)

    Total left 63,276

However, how come he still paid for my COnveyencer????

  • fullout replied to the topic Who’s going to Nhill on Saturday? in the forum The Treasure Chest 21 years, 2 months ago

    wes,

yeah its the summary from the bank (Homeside). The 66400 was my 80% loan.
So how should it have been?
Should the SD come from my own pocket and not the loan amount?
From that summary i gave u, it looks like the seller paid for the SD doesnt it??
