If my wife and I invested in an IP and the loan was securedundern both our incomes is there any way that the negative gearing can be applied to one income and then the capital gain after sale be applied to the other income.
I thought it would be a good idea to put a comprehensive list together of all of the abbreviations that are used in property investing so that people who are new to property investing can have a resource that will enable them to understand what they are reading.

I was wondering whether savings accounts like the ING Direct savings maximiser will have rate increases which are the same as what the reserve bank does,
for instance, if the reserve bank pushed ratyes up by another 0.75% next year, would the ING Direct rate go from 5% to 5.75%?

Well, not when I may need quick access to my money, ING is very flexible, and there is no bank fees ever, and you do not lose interest if you transfer money out of your savings maximiser, and interest is calculated daily.
I have no problem with public schools, i went to a public school, Gisborne Secondary college, and i scored 93.55 enter. What’s more i was only the 7th highest score, 6 others got higher than me, so that shows that you can still do well if you go to a public school.
I was interested when i read in the paper that since the clash between gillespie and s waugh in 1999 that s waugh had been suffering from constant migranes which were steadily geting worse until late last year when he got his skull looked at and they made some adjustments and now he is fine.
