We’ll start the day with our 3 daughters, their partners and our 7 Grandchildren all coming around and i will play Santa.[xmas]

My opinion is if the figures are good, the property is sound after the pest & building inspections, you are happy with the current tenants and you feel comfortable about the purchase go for it.

My wife and i attended the seminar and enjoyed listening to Michael and Bill Zheng. Michael has a wealth of knowledge on property investing and development. Bill Zheng is a very informative and entertaining presenter and i will be contacting him in the future in regard to our finance requirments.
