    I don’t really give much advice to people because I am still learning the ropes!! However, in this instance I feel I can confidently assist.

    Thankyou EVERYONE for you input and interest in our situation. I greatly appreciate everyones input and thoughts.

    I will keep you guys up to date as to how we go. Keep an eye out for my new book soon to be released ” 130 to 0 Properties PLUS $160,000 debt in 35 days”

    westan, In regards to Homepath, would they look at us with a poor history of home loan repayment??

    I didn’t want to get into the specifics of our situation, but in defence of myself, the personal loan was our “deposit” for the home loan, so essentially we borrowed 100% of the loan for our home.

    With the car, I do alot of travelling, so we thought it wise to get a reliable car instead of a buzz box.

    You are all correct by saying that we need to seriously tighten the belt.

    We have just had our tax returns done for the last financial year. Our costs were as follows:

    Trust Tax $440.00
    Company $440.00
    Personal $ 90.00

    The company is a fairly small practice in Brisbane, but they provide good service.

    Hi Motivated,
    I live in Springwood which is about 10 minutes north of the Beenleigh area you are looking at. if you are looking to +ve gear in the area, I personally wouldn’t waste my time, I don’t believ the numbers add up.

    There are a couple of nice suburbs though, Windaroo and Mt Warren Park are a couple of nice estates that have gold courses in them, but again the numbers might not match up.

    Again, if you are looking to implement Steves advice, I would not be looking into the Beenleigh area. Hope this helps a little!!

    Thanks for your thoughts.Terry, to be honest I am not sure. I will ask about that and see what the response is. When I find out, I will advise you of the outcome.
