    Thanks for your reply Terry,
    Is it just a process of networking with developers to find out who will leave 20% in the deal. How have you personal come across developers who will do this.
    I guess if you are buying a developed site or building then some or all of the profits have already been made, with little or no advantage in doing the deal.

    Hi sharif,

    I think you need to work out what you investing goal is and what result you want to get from investing 90-100 thousand dollars. Then apply this formula to all the properties in all the areas that you are looking at and choose the best option from there.

    I think we will go with your way of thinking.
    How do u find ING and what interest rate do they offer along with a minimum balance. Did you find that your AIP is working along with the other steps in the book.

    Hi Simon,
    Have just refinanced our St George Portfolio loan to a westpac loan because we own a property in Mount Isa and St George would only value it at 50 %. Found the loan to be great but to refinance or change conditions on the loan was very hard and to purchase another property I found St George to be very disorganised and not very helpful in my requests.
