Sorry, I was going to but the rent in. It was recently, up until a week agor $110 per week, but they just moved out because they got finance to buy their own home. Guys, thanks for you input I will certainly follow up on your advice, it will be really handy to get a helping hand especially when uni goes back, I already work and study full time!!! And like Steve says property investing is like another full time job when first getting started.

I have had found Bairnsdale, and surrounding municipalities good areas. I must admit that I am quite new to this though, have you looked in this area. It also seems to be experiencing some growth… Can you suggest any other areas?
