probably somewhere like nollamara, a house on potential duplex lot is what i would look at for around that money…maybe a little more..

thank you both for your input, my concern was the date of the transfer on the title – which is post Capital Gains Tax (sept 1985) as the property has appreciated somewhat since then. I have since found out that the land transfer documents show the sale contract dated in 1981, so the property is classed and pre 1985…phew!!! cheers

Thanks for your reply, yes i am referring to apartments which are within managed buildings, some of them also state that owner/operator pays all associated costs such as strata levies and management costs..
