i paint, read and get to the occasional yoga calss. i took my mini dachshund to the beach for the first time ever on the weekend. It was also the first time he’d ever swam, we quickly found out he wasn’t very good at it (top heavy)

good point about the under 7’s football team… i really do think the onus is on the parents to let their kids know that are loved and valued whatever school they attend.

spare a thought for these kids – not only do they realise pretty early they are not smart but they also realise they arent rich enough either

Why don’t we as a community select one or two charities and support them as a group. eg. every time you buy or sell a property — donate a small amount (say $100);

sounds like the owners were just looking after their own interests. am i right in assuming that you hadn’t submitted the written offer to the agent or owner before the weekend?
were you and your partner made aware that there were other parties showing interest in purchasing the property?
