The good thing for me, no one tells me what to do with my money, or what to or what not to buy…….[] and I dont mean that aimed at anyone, I earn my money, if I cant pay my debts, only me to blame, but I make sure I generally have the funds to do both…even if i juggle it around.

my bank does valuations and rent at 48 weeks a year. as part of the income I will receive.
eg four weeks vacancy rate as a buffer

my policy automatically covers carpets blinds curtains as part of the insurance cover…
so they say, policy is plain english, appears to as well.

well the suburbs south of brisbane are still going pretty strong.
My sister lives in one and she said the houses are still selling within a few days of listing. Where a year ago they were 150k they are now over 210k, and she was shocked to find one listed across from her at well over 250k.
