I am really interested in buying property in the US and have just started researching the idea, although i have known that people have already been doing this for some time now. I am 33 years old and have been investing in property here in Oz, since i was 20, I currently have 3 properties and I am about to purchase a forth in the next month or 2, as well as this i really want to invest in the US market to increase my cash flow, i am aware there a some really impressive returns available but I’m not sure where to start, any tips and hints would be great>
Also can someone please explain to me what the “rehab” phrase means, does this simple mean renovation and tidy up or do these place’s have some kind of drug or alcohol problem…(just kidding) sorry couldn’t help myself..
