Hi,something over 300 square meters would be good, as I indent to build a new house, ideally something over 450 would be great, my max budget is about $250,000 for the land.

Thank you for the information everyone. I am looking on the northside, around Strathpine, Kallangur, Chermside, Carseldine, Narrangba etc… however i am not picky, if someone knows of a really good 'growth area' i'd be happy for suggestions.
