    Hi Nora
    I’m new to this and don’t have any advice to give you as yet but I do have a question…
    can you tell me how you found this opportunity? Was it advertised or did you stumble across it while on the road? I ask this because I am having real difficulty finding any such opportunities worth a second glance…

    I will be looking at these sites tonight.
    Another question, are the good deals which investors usually speak about found via the web or are most found ‘out on the road’ or by word of mouth?
    I ask this because I have applied the 11s solution to all properties I have looked up on the web, and none have passed.
