I am a stay at home mum after finishing up early this year in finance. I am starting to do daycare.

I was just checking to see how seriously people read these postings.
Also checking to see how well Australians can read.No one said anything most likely cos of two reasons
1) everyone was just revelling in the idea of 19 hours sleep or more than likely
2) we are used to your sense of humour and take it in stride ie your 6 months holiday twice a year.NAH can’t be that can it [

Technically it is feasible. That is true.
And it is true that a great many people who buy the book whether on marathon running or property investing will not go ahead and become millionares.
But you also having an investment company would also see how many people who you give great information to also tend to tweak it to suit theselves ie What if I ate Museli for brekky instead of Fibre Plus (you know what I mean!)
That I think is why so many people fail because they tweak it to suit themselves or to remain within a certain level of comfort like accepting 8.7% return instead of 10.4%. As it is too hard for them.
You are right in many ways because that is human nature.

We used to live in Geurie which as I have said before is a tiny village located between Dubbo and Wellington when we purchased ($95000) to rent there for a decent house was about $200 -$250 and when we left prices had jumped to $130,000.
The prices have increased and so has the rent side it is convenient place to live especially when you were like us and one person worked in town and the other in the other town.
I think people discount those small towns too quickly when we purchased in QLD we went to a small town again and already the prices have increased and I am telling you none of these villages come within cooee of the population above 10,000.

Isn’t that what TV timers and video timers are for????
TV comes on and video comes on at 6am generally their favourite one and when thatfinishes the cartoons are on once video reaches end of tape and turns itself off.Or if its a DVD it works even better cos it will start playing all by itself! [

] My friend had a big spider tarantula or something, I did not know this until she came in to find me spraying it in her room and me triumphantly telling her that I had rescued her from the beast. []
It didn’t go down to well considering she had paid extra to have the damn thing defanged!I am terrified of spiders she knew this and hadn’t told me she had just gotten the stupid thing.
My defence was
1) she should have asked (my house)
2) she should have told me chances are I wouldn’t have sprayed the beast just screamed.
3) It should have been in its cage NOT wandering towards my lounge out of her door[]She was very cool towards me for awhile[
