    Are there +CF properties available? Perhaps you could give me some examples. Would you also know the vacany rate in Christchurch?
    The more info you could give me the better. I love info.
    Also, what is your fee for finding +CF property?

    even wrapping here wont work as houses worth $180 000 make $140 in rent
    sounds like i may also read up on margaret lomas and look interstate some more
