    Hey Catfree…….

With the D & E Parker system how much admin checklist etc is there. I'm not too worried bout the reno checklists as development is my thing, but after seeing the photo of their filing system I was curious to see how much admin set up there was in the box. We are redoing or office and filing system at the moment to cope with the bigger workload that is coming.

    Thanks in advance!

    Hi,

If you go and edit your account then you can tick the box to receive emails notifying you of PM's. The site will only send you one email a day to tell you there is a message. It may take a day to send you an email but at least you will be notified.

    Have Fun :)

    Hi Ouchiemama,

Personally I would (and have done in the past) let them out early. Chances are if you do a good turn and let them go, then a good turn will come your way. Our WA property has never been empty and we have let people out early, allowed 6 mths leases and month to month leases. I would hope that your property would go the same sort of way rental wise and not be empty for long.

Why do they want to move? If they are moving for location, (ours were buying) or something you can't control new property then let them go, staying wont help either of you. But if they are moving just coz maybe there is something you can do to the property to get them to stay.

    Good luck, keep us posted!

    Hi all,

Oh oh! Busted by big daddy (kidding)! Thanks Steve for reading and posting on this. It would be pretty annoying to hold a conference and then have the very people you held it for whine about it like ingrates. I'll keep my comments as constructive as I can, please feel free to delete anything that is unfit. I think we are all glad to have an opportunity to talk about our experiences on this forum.

    Thanks Again

Aww Catfree, you probably would have made a good go on the AR thing, don't let us talk you out of something! If you don't feel the passion for the trading system how will you make it happen? You may just feel resentful or duped (whether or not you have been) and may not really make the most from it. If you do have to buy it for whatever reason and you do not want it, maybe put it on here a bit cheaper (people can do due diligence) or ebay. Whether or not you buy something the thought process is the step in the right direction. Most people wont even do that, think, I mean.

    Well said Uppitt!

Good on you JS1. If I had to fly from WA with the cost, time, time difference I would want it to be worth it! Mr Daniels was amazing huh! I bought the destiny package (ok I will shut up about it now!) So will let you know what it is about. Out of all of them $1500 was really a pittance.

Steve had happy birthday sung to him like 3 times (that I saw)! It was good that his wife came it too!

    Awww guys its a riot!

Now where do I start? Sash, it may sound like we are all negative nellies but come around the block with us and you will see it, and again and again. I hate to say it but you make me feel old ;) I got a good 10 years on you and I wish that i had done what you are doing at the same age. And honestly I meant what I said about that figure being a small price to pay.

No one is knocking Steve and his team. Hopefully through putting this discussion on the forum we can get a few niggles changed for next time (or not). The way I see it is this.

Here is the cake analogy. Do not laugh at me.

You want to bake a cake. You buy a KitchenAid (ladies cheer now), you get a Margaret Fulton cook book. You buy organic ingredients, the best and the most expensive. You follow the recipe to the letter. It takes you most of the day to bake this cake. You've cleaned your kitchen, the cake is done it is perfect.

You want to bake a cake. You get the same stuff, but coz you are lazy you left it for a week or two. The butter now smells like the fridge. You are in a hurry so you don't follow the recipe, the cake seems kinda gluggy. You bake it anyway, it'll be right. You get the cake out early coz you need the cake now. The cake isn't cooked. Well icing will fix that, but the cake is too hot, icing runs off.

You end up with a cake that tastes funny, isn't cooked and is just crap. It didn't work.

Is it the mixers fault? Is it the cookbooks fault? Is it the fault of the ingredients?

    It is the cooks fault.

I wonder how many people will blame the presenters if they purchase the product and it doesn't work? (In the case of Bahama Rob I would blame him lol)

Ben you hero! You should write your next post about your adventure! Next time for everyone from here I will wear a name badge or something!

Magbof you are not Mr Negative, just tell it like it is. Last time I checked it wasn't against the law to tell the truth or to have an opinion. However if KRUDD (and thanks to Lewis O'Brien for using KRUDD in a sentance!) gets voted in again you won't be allowed to have an opinion!

Investing has risk. When they tell you it is virtually risk free it is, if you know what you are doing.

The great thing is after this conference I am getting JV offers left right and center and I just got a text then (you know who you are! :)) Anyone got 2 mil? Or will VF me 2 Mil? LOL!

Catfree do not worry. Spending money on your education is a good thing. And if it doesn't work you still will have spent money on your education!

Don't worry bout not spotting me. I am very invisible, you would trip over me in the street and never look twice, trust me it is something that I cultivate so I am underestimated. Then I go in for the deal

Sasha (from here) met me and his friend was rather underwhelmed! Very amusing!

I guess one of things I got from this as well is over the fear of the Melbourne market. If you pursue the right thing for the market then you will not get caught out.

Marshes my other half will email you asap we have both laptops going tonight (nerdssss!) he will be going to the lien days so keep in contact with him, and pick his brain after the days. Good luck to you and your wife, get some sleep now.

Oh the other thing was the peopl who brought their kids?! That is dedication! Good on them for bringing them along the baby was really quiet and well behaved, my kids would have torn the seats out of the ground and there would have been a sandpit on the stage (where did the sand come from?)  Btw as to the lemming thing, I got greased off for giving Peter Daniels a standing ovation on the first night. second night everyone has worked it out and gives him a standing ovation. Baa (but in a nice way!)

Cheers everyone! Let's all keep going and keep making money (and becoming free)!

Good for you Kong! If you can take something away from this experience and change your life good on you! Most people will go buys something watch it once and then say oh it is all too hard! You go for it!

Btw where are people saying Dean Parkers thing was bad? I think most people were bagging out Crocodile Dundee oh wait that's Aussie Rob.

I thought they were plants too! couple free tickets for assie rob, puts some plants in to run down. I asked the guy next me if he was into this and he was. My other half spoke to someone who bought the system, just in passing. They had bought nearly everything.

But you don't buy if you don't have the money or the credit to do so, do you? I bought Peter Daniels thing as I said but it isn't a "system" it is just motivation. Plus anyone who owns an international gold bank in the clear can sell me cds anytime!

The other half has spent his grand (and two days off which is worth stacks more in time) on the tax lien thing so I can now get rid of my crappy share portfolio so it can be sunk into that. I'm sure there will be plenty of posts on how people are doing with that.

Better run, run to buy something that will make you rich lol! Ahh hope! But it will be interesting to see how many people do actually make money using these systems in between now and next conference.

Wealthy you may get your wish for change as I think Steve will be checking out of property in the next 5 years. (depends how much he makes on Liens I guess). Then it'll go down hill very fast indeed.

All of Steve's presentations, Steve's people and the product that Property Investing was selling were and are very good. Seems to me that if it is something that he has done or linked with in a money or business sense it is good, but everything else was BS. You could smell the lies a mile away.

I will post a Results thread when the program gets going (hey everyone will still have to pay to get the info!) but just whether or not it seems to be well run or the information is relevant and whatever to help people better make up their minds on enrolling.

I think also something that is a positive that will come from the conference is the amount of JV's that will take place!

Thanks everyone for posting on this. I am sure that eventually after unpacking the organizers will read this and get a few tips for next year. The feedback sheets were for us to complain on too! :)

I'll finish my long drawn out post by saying even though I found many negative aspects I also found many more positive aspect. For me it reaffirmed that we had made a good decision joining results (we were early birds before conference) It also cemented our strategy and allowed us to concentrate on our investing for three days straight.

I would like to say thank you to Steve for putting it on, I realized I didn't say it earlier, it was worth it to us (we were in Melbourne already) and the time sacrificed with the kids and the small amount of money paid will hopefully pay off soon.

Good luck with everything guys, it would be great if people could revisit this thread with some success stories!

    Hi Wizzard, Hi Magbof,

No I am just a generally bullish person so see a lot of positive where others do not.

This is my wrap on the last day.

Generally ok. The lawyers talks had more substance on creative investing than many of the other speakers. I had to get up and leave during the only other woman who was presenting. I was pretty annoyed at the way she appealed to the lowest common (male) denominator. With "box" jokes and "power tool" innuendo. She looked intelligent until she opened her mouth and derided her sex and lowered herself to a non threatening level. I left.

If you look at the speakers and who they mention during their speeches this is the circle. Pat Mesiti is the kingpin and these are his cronies. He mentioned Mr Daniels but Mr Daniels did not mention him. No relationship there. Air headed (not very good) sales bimbo mentions Pat, Pat mentions her. Relationship. Whatever.

I really needed overnight to sit and stew on this.

I don't think It was completely a waste of time. 3 days spent away from our little kids (:() meant that we could strategise without many interruptions.

I found that people who were associated with Steve (worked with, done results or whatever) were genuine, with good info and didn't try to sell their product or themselves. the others seemed to be ring ins to give more punch.

Steve made it pretty clear in the church part of the day (and prayer) that his passions lay with the bible and his work with that. Look people may have started to smell something burning as the hair on my vampiric head started to singe, but everyone has their 'thing' some people like race horses or yachts or other worse things, so whatever.

Li Cunxin was great and I would not have had the opportunity to see him speak otherwise so that was worth sitting through segments of day three.

Yeah I did find a few nuggets. They were small nuggets but they might polish up ok. My other half seems to think there is a buck in these Tax Liens (leans lol) but since he has  a pretty good sense of smell when it comes to money then we'll have a crack.

Wizzard you are on the money with the sheep and mob mentality.

Oh well. I have signed on for next year so we'll see. If it is more of the same my tickets will be up for sale.

Good luck everyone with their investing.

Well I think we have sparked some debate! I have now picked up quite a few good tips. No they are not new. But……. Through spending 3 days completely immersed in thinking about property my strategy is clear, action is needed, and money will flow. Aussie stooge was crap we all agree. Carly was spruik we all agree. But other session such as the hot spotting and the lawer (obrien) have been very good. There will be dream peddling, wh did you come if not to fulfill your dreams? Didn’t you gt one single idea, not one?

I hear baaaa baaa the sound of sheep bleating, the sound of silence and the sound of inaction. What will you do now? ” oh the property conference was spruik i won’t do anything” as far as I am concerned in property I can probably make 500 bucks ridiculously quickly. The people who came and then actually did somethng after with the snippets of information will do well. The people who make excuses and whine will do nthing and go nowhere and play the blame game.

Prsonally I will rip it up! Action stations people! And I know this post will be unpopular me and my iPhone are sitting in walk on a wild side at the moment!

Ok now I have a laptop! Shoulda called this thread something different!

    Day 2 wrap.

Mostly good, once again if you do not know who Peter Daniels is find out. Genius.

I will admit I skipped Mark Rolton (yeah boo me already) but just couldn't be bothered. Carly Crutchfield was good but didn't give anything away. She came right out and said that the reason she does the course/bootcamp etc was that she did deals with the students and that they found deals for her. Sooo pretty good when you have a bunch of people hunting deals for you. Not saying it is bad, good or other just saying.   I will say i have bought one product the Peter Daniels product (cry me a river people, I will break a buck). They will also have the recordings of some of the stuff for 20 bucks so I'll be getting a couple of those. Come along tommorrow Magbof you can sit with us!

    See you guys tomorrow.

Every policy is dead and buried until they think they can get it through parliament. I don't think the current govt has really changed much about the work choices policy. They renamed it……….. A lot of people were already on agreements because you could get better pay that way (sure you had no public holidays :P)

I think both of the current mugs are religious, I think KRUDD hides his and his wealth quite well. I don't love Abbott but geez between Wayno and Kevo they are the blind leading the blind.

Ahhh elections they bring out the money from the taxpayers pockets and the morons from Canberra.

BTW when is the property investor party starting up? lol! They could be called PIP :)
