Looks good, nice and clean, no clutter, colours match.

You can do a one bedder, as JacM says it has to be in smaller building. But also has to be a true one bedder. There have been some successful renovations where people have created one bedroom units from bedsits, and 2 bedroom units from one bedroom units. It's really about the numbers and what works for you.

Brrrr, snow! I lived in Goulburn as a kid and brrrrrrrrrrr!

It's in Colac, Vic, they grow spuds and cows there, and it is very cold and wet. When I did the reno there last winter, I pretty much thought I would leave with less toes and fingers! I'm getting the heating done asap, I'd rather they didn't freeze!

I've seen a toilet or two like this too, with a door from a hallway and a bathroom leading in. It means you pretty much have to lock one at all times anyway if you have people over or staying.

Block it up, make a nicer bathroom I say.
