Im on No 4 email and the information is straight to the point without all the flack you would normally expect. It might be considered by the experienced person as basic but to newbies like myself its a good introduction to this field.

And yes you will probably get follow up emails but all you have to do to stop that is click the unsubscribe link.
You dont get something for nothing these days but whats the price of a few emails?
