    Thank you so much Swampy, that is such a great help.

    We are still investigating whether to go into the residential or commercial sectors. We were initially thinking residential however, looking at commercial there seems to be some interesting deals out there, but we just don’t know much about it yet. Do you have any advice on how to get clued up on this?

    We would like to invest within London or at least on the overground/underground map, so that we can keep an eye on it. (As it would be our first property!)

    We really are looking to buy our first investment for under £100k and looking around there seems to be a huge amount out there even within zone 3 also with CF+ situations. Are you based over here? Are there any things you would say to watch out for? What sectors are you investing in? How do you find it? Have you been able to set up the same structure with opening a trust and becoming a guarantor?

    Hi Everyone,

    I’m an Australian living in the UK for the past 7 years (I have residence) and am very keen on getting clued up on the UK property market so I can invest asap. There seems to be a huge amount of CF+ opportunities over here but I only have the knowledge accumulated from Steve’s book and “The Real Deal” which are both Australian based. Does anyone know any good books, people, conferences I could read or attend or contact to get clued up on the UK market?
