The Destiny course is a lot and it's hard to part with the $$$.  I found the course however very useful and I would recommended it.  Although to help ease the pain of parting with the $$$ try find a friend who has completed the couse and give them a little something for the course material. 

I've completed the Destiny Essential Property Education course and found it very useful. It's a practical course and helps build confidence.  I had two properties prior to commencing the course and found it still very useful.  Unfortunately it isn't cheap at about $2500.
