    Who owns the sign? That is the question. Either the agent, or more likely the new owner does!

    Perhaps it can be “hidden” behind one of the other signs for the time being, or with winter coming on ……

    Hi Marisa,

    Two other options you might consider:-

    1. Revalue the properties and borrow against that capitol growth that you have achieved, and
    2. consider a subdivision of one of the properties and “sell off the backyard”! [cap]

    Both suggestions reuire some time and effort and result in different outcome with option 1 the easier of the two.

    Good question – and perfect timing for me! [biggrin] I also am interested in the answer as I have a sub-dividable block which could seed future purchases.

    To add to your question: What about the subdivision costs!! How can they be best apportioned?
