    Go to http://www.jenman.com.au and search the site for Dymphna Boholt. I always check Neil's site first before buying any courses or books etc. He is usually 'outing' the spruikers before they hit the headlines.

    If you have landlords insurance your excess can be $400. I suggest asking your property manager to get a second opinion and ask another carpet company to quote. Your first man may just want the better deal for himself, I imagine business is slow as we slip into recession

    Hi Julie,

    If you buy a property with an unapproved extension the local council can make you pull it down/remove it at your cost. My advice would be to sign a contract with a clause in it that is subject to the vendor having the extension approved by a specified date. Have the clause written by your solicitor.
