I have been looking at buying an investment property in Wagga Wagga, however have noticed a lot of homes on the market are in a housing commission area.

Conscious of the obvious pros being stronger yields, but on the flip side higher risk in tenants.

Looking at getting an IP in the Wagga Wagga region. Have heard mixed reviews around the safety of certain suburbs, but great things re yields.

Would love to hear any local knowledge, or anyones experience that may have a property around there :)
