    Catalyst Uncle Zally is the American who is investing the money for the Passive fund in the USA. Its called Sydney MArket UPdate because it is a comment on that event held Monday night

    Is the profit there? That's the question that needs to be asked. Really isn't that what it all comes down to, for the deal to work the numbers need to be there. Does the research and due diligence show that the prices you think you will get are realistic.

    Having seen Carly at the Mega Conference I signed up for her boot-camp. I went last weekend and would have to say it is the best money I have ever spent. Not only did I get a quality education, with live deals done, great notes but also met a heap of other people who are now progressing into development. I could not recommend this enough, the energy and experience in her team are excellent.
