That sounds like a great strategy Paul and is pretty much the direction I would like to go down too. We don't really have any equity built up yet in our home as we only just bought it recently, so we are trying to save up for a deposit for our first IP. Hi thecrest,I used to do the payroll and super at my old work and we used MYOB. I found it to be pretty easy to use once I got the hang of it and you can prin off payslips, profit reports, super reports, etc….and much more!Hope this helps,Daniel.
