As much as people say never sell, I can’t see us being able to do it without selling.

We would be doing the renos ourselves.My dad is a chippy and between us we have done a fair bit of renovating in the past.
We just don’t know how to start off.Who do we need to speak to, to find out?
We already have a business that we have used previously and all the tools neccesary to carry out the work. Its just a matter of being pointed in the right direction by someone who has already done what we are hoping to do.

My girlfriend and I are basically after mentors who have become financially succesful within the Perth market.

We are currently earning 70k between us and have a couple of cars that we are thinking of selling and replacing with cheaper ones. (good/bad idea?)
We owe 5k on one of the cars.We have a mortgage of around 136k and the house is worth about 170k in its unfinished state.
Does anyone know someone in Perth who is succesful and may be willing to mentor??
We have been to Destiny Finance ( Margaret Lomas ) but they want 2500k to join and I wasn’t 100% convinced in their positive cash flow findings.
My girlfriend is happy at work but I would love to be renovating!!!!
