    I think it is a terrible tragedy that anyone could take their own life but it also is a lesson to us that being rich does not make you happy.

    I would also imagine that getting rich by being dishonest(not saying he did) or even having people think you were dishonest would eat away at you and make you unhappy which is also a lesson to all of us to take out of this terrible tragedy from a once very successful and rich member of our community.

    Some are some aren’t. Unfortunatley in some cases you need to go along to find out but I would always make sure I read some literature by the speaker before spending a large sum of money attending the seminar to determine if they know what they are taking about. I attended the masterclass in Brisbane today and for me it proved that everyday people like me can achieve the things talked about in Steve’s book as they were there in the flesh to talk to and bounce questions off etc.

    I do not know one unfortunately. It seems they are few and far between as a few people I have spoken to are either using Sydney based or Melbourne based accountants. Wish I knew the answer to you question too as I would like a good Brissy based accountant too!!!!

    Hi,

    I am currently looking at a studio apt which is less than 50 Sq metres and I cannot get finance for it. This may be the issue with potential buyers as the RE pointed out the size of the Apt and the issues I may have getting finance prior to showing me through.

    How did you get finance for it originally?
