I just a bought a place.

The building report said the roof on the house needs some repair ie re-glazing and fix some of the ridges. The garage roof is in poor condition and has asbestos. Garage is about 3.4 x 8.

I am waiting for some quotes to remove asbestos and fix both roofs but have no idea what is a reasonable price.

Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.
