Hi Builder Bob,I just a bought a place.The building report said the roof on the house needs some repair ie re-glazing and fix some of the ridges. The garage roof is in poor condition and has asbestos. Garage is about 3.4 x 8.I am waiting for some quotes to remove asbestos and fix both roofs but have no idea what is a reasonable price.Any guidance…[Read more]
