That is what I suspected (or hoped?), it is indeed good news as I have been wanting to get away from this loan for a while now. I was going to wait until May when the fixed rate ends, but it may be worth finding out a payout figure sooner rather than later.

I hate to put a negative spin on this post, but please ensure you have regular check-ups with a dermatologist to check on any spots you may have.
My father pssed away several years ago due solely to a mole that he refused to have looked at, that turned out to be a melanoma….

I’m no expert, but I like option 1. However, I would refinance as a line of credit and only buy if I was sure of a great investment.
I would also do my sums and make sure I could handle all worst case scenarios…Just my 2 cents

As I said earlier, it’s not all about singing talent, it’s a package deal.Last night they both sang the same song, different versions, so which did you prefer?
It was really a kind of love song, so I preferred it coming from Shannon because he has the “look” to carry off a song like that and sell it to masses of adoring women, that’s the whole point isn’t it, record sales?
If it had of been a more hip hop type song than Guy would have had the persona to pull that off….
