removal and restumping =$35000
plumbing =$3400
electrical =$3000

I agree with Dian it is a lot different to just plain building a home because of all the coordination and organizing one must do.

You might need to add the costs of hooking up the plumbing and eletrical works to the house to!

These are just a few things that might need to be looked at.
