    You are right buddy that real estate is a good business to invest and get profitable return on the investment but I have heard that experts predicted about the real estate market and according to them real estate market is in recession and it will boom again after spring 2012 so people should avoid investing in real estate until spring 2012.

    If you are newbie in the real estate or any other business then it is necessary to avoid too much investment initially as there are more risk for you in the business because you have less experience and knowledge about it.

    Commercial investment is considered to be one of the secure investment nowadays. If you want to some extra monthly income then you may give it for the rent also. There are lot of commercial properties available and you have to choose one.

    I am also looking for a house in london which must be fully furnished and based or two bedrooms with attached baths and a TV lobby.If you know any available apartments or can give me the info of expert real estate agents in London then it will be very grateful to you.
