    Hi Vernon,

    Growth Realty in Subiaco have looked after my IP in West Perth for 9 years now and they have been great. They are only a small firm though and seem to only cover West Perth, Subiaco area. I had great difficultly finding a great PM for our second IP in Rivervale. We are with AFG Property for Rivervale and they are OK but you could do better.

    I lived in flating situations as a uni student and we used to divide the electricity bill. Each person pays for their own phone calls though. You would get the first student to take the responsibility of signing the tenancy agreement and organising the electricity and phone bill. They then get a say in who they will share the house with.

    I hear you. You are quite right it is very hard to find a positive property in Perth at the moment. We are where you are at now, reading, learning, looking and trying to work it out. When you read on you will see that they created opportunities for positive properties by changing deals to suit themselves.
