http://www.propertyupdate.com.au/articles/358/1/Eclectic-Elwood/Page1.htmlI have a friend who lives in Warracknabeal and wants to move somewhere that has good weather average temp around 25c and somewhere that is relatively close to Brisbane because he thinks his wifes kids might move there. Someone said move to Toowoomba. I am suggesting Lismore or Gold Coast or Sunshine Coast.
My research is telling me this about Toowoomba:
1. Arguably a good place to live;
2. Not a good place for capital growth.
Correct?
What is the name of the guy who cured your mums cancer with NLP? Sounds like rubbish to me.
Someone I know wants to sell a farm over there very cheaply. I don't think it's a good investment though.
Hi Raddles,
Thanks for the informative post. What would a house with a couple of acres cost?
I have some questions.
I have always despised people like this that openly promote how Christian and religious they are to gain people's trust for their own selfish needs. It reminds me of another "Christian" company that I found out about through Steve. It was a scam that involved renting cars for around $50k a year. Many hard working honest people lost their money through this "Christian" company.
