Well you have sure given it too me straight, but you are right. Very right.

The location is Biggra Waters / Runnaway Bay and the agent who is selling it is Ray White Runnaway Bay. The agents name is Tony Sutton-Yeomans M:0417 597 747

The BA has been approved but there isnt much time left on it (so the agent tells me)

And yes very new to the game, but no not as young as you think, just a bit silly and definetaly lacking some business skills I guess and yes I have an ABN number. Wasn't really sure weather to put all my details on this forum but now you have pointed it out the way you have I guess I should have. 
Thought it was a long shot when I did post it on the forum but really who do I go to if I do come across an amazing deal. I remember Carly Cructhfield saying at the conference that there are people out there looking for properties but dont have the time. Somebody show me these people.
I know this is probably not the best property going at the moment in this area but you have to start some where Right.

I find it extremely stupid how the governement can pick you for making a profit. There must be a loop hole somewhere. We are based slightly similar to the American market so there has to be something some where that we can get through with out paying Tax or so much (tax) on the sale. 

Ok what about this then: So if I buy my Investment properties through a business i.e  bloggs construction trust , does that mean I pay no capital gains when the company sells the property ( or trust fund) .
I know that sound s abit stupid but can someone please correct me. ( I may have forgottern reading this somewhere)

It looks like there might be a little mixed consensus on this topic. I may have to do a little more research to broaden my financial education on this topic.
