    angie..Try offering the other tenants something for free..you never know thay may know somebody that is looking…

    For me i would keep looking..but only you now how you feel about it..if this is your first try to fined the right one as it can put you off if it works out bad..

    Go to all the land agents in the area and see what the rentel market is like, if ther is none arowned at the rent you wont to get ask them if thay get a lot of enquires..if ther is some arowned drive by and compare them to the one you wont to get..look at things like other homes in the street, if you can get it for 50k dont set the rent to high..

    You may be right about Darwin but would take some seting up so far away.. I have some famly down south and it is looking v good thay get some good reterns, Victor, Pt Elliot, Goolwa all are on the move.some good propertys.

    You have hit the nail on the head..that is the point everybody is diferent..to me this good income and i wouled do this but you and all the others on the forum have difrent thoughts..even steve has some ways that i dont like the souned of
    but thay work for him..
    just trying to get his thoughts on a very basic rental cash flow

    Have a look at this and tell me your thoughts..
    In the paper to day I can get 5 houses for less than 400k..with the shortage of rentel propertys I will get 140/150 per week if not more Would you do this or not???

    OK lets see..first i would try to do some sort of deal with the administrator wher i payed out say 75% of what thay had payed me and ripup the contract,apart from that i just dont know.
    Help
