G’day guys,
Can I avoid fees and charges when transferring property within the family? So say my parents own land and want to give it to me, or want to give me half of it, or say my father would be happy to give me half his house so I am on the title, can I avoid fees and charges?
Kind Regards

Hi Guys,
Will installing a solar power system on my current home increase the property value at all? Or would the cash be better off spent on bathrooms etc?
Kind Regards

Hi Guys,
Anyone on here invested in Defence Housing Australia (DHA)? Would like to hear your thoughts and experience with them. Cashflow seems to be neutral or negative? Is it just an absolute waste of time altogether? Pros and cons?
Kind Regards

Thank you Jaxon for the reply.

Thanks for that Benny, it gives me more confidence to see that we all to start somewhere. I am currently reading 0 to 130 properties and for me its absolutely mind blowing, going back and forth and thinking what !@#$ is he saying, so I am sure I will flood the forums with questions that will continue to put a smile on your face.
