Hi Josh
TY so much for your reply. Do you know how much people are paying for rent, on average? Why is there such a considerable price difference from the houses “on the hill” in comparison to the “cheapies”. Would it be difficult to find tenants, or easy, as there are so many miners? Do the miners generally live there or fly in/out? Lots of questions, sorry!!!
Thank you again

Hi Simon,
Yes, it is agonizing BUT….if you delete it, we may NEVER find out the answer. So, NOOOOOOOOO!!!!! PLEASEEEEE!!!!! DON’T DO IT!!!!!! OK, Aussierogue, we admit, we are “fools”, “dumb”, missing the point here. So, PLEASE just give us the answer.
Has he started exterminating or has he finished exterminating?
What breed of pest is he there to exterminate?
Is the wardrobe in the main bedroom of the house, if not, which bedroom? OR desn’t it matter which bedroom?
Is the owner of the house at home? Is anybody else in the house?

AWWWWWWWWW!
I thought I had the answer, Cause I was going to say that he was the guy out of that movie where he opens the door of the bathroom and those ugly, slimy, snake-looking creatures were coming out of the toilet, but obviously I was wrong. He surely would have known he was about to die then!

Thank you very much for your prompt and helpful reply.
We’ll most probably have more questions at a later date as we are really only just beginning our “adventure” into this area.

Hi Guys,
Just wanted to say thank you all very much for your replies and knowledge. We really appreciate it. We might sound really naive and “green” with some of the questions we are asking but if we don’t ask we will never know! Thanks again.
Hi Simon,
We are still very new to all of this and are still in the “research” stage. Could you please enlighten us as to what a “mortgage broker” does in comparison to the banks/credit unions. Can you, or anyone else, give us a rundown on advantages and disadvantages of each.
Kind Regards
David and Lesleigh[]
Hi Derek and Bruce,
Thank you both very much for your advice, it is greatly appreciated! We are happy to see that you have raised many of the questions and issues that we have been asking ourselves – assurance that we are hopefully on the “right track”.
We are both in our 30’s and realize that we have an opportunity that many people our age don’t have and that is that we don’t have a mortgage.
