We haven't decide where to land our feet just yet, I want to get a good Idea of the different types of property pockets around the country, that way I wont end up somewhere I can't make a living.

I'll have an income from the UK and will be looking into the requirements to borrow in Auz. If I need to set up a cash-flow business to meet requirements then that's what I will have to do.

I'm applying for a permanent residency with my partner who is a skilled worker, apparently there's no demand for our type.

Is it necessary to have deposits? Are options as big as I here?
