Interesting looking at growth over 24 months. Frankston North seems to have outstripped surrounding areas. In my opinion it’s purely a stigma that is keeping Frankston prices lower than their true value. I’m in the same boat as you Patricia and am also familiar with Frankston North. It is an interesting market. I note a recent sale, $413,000 (possibly yours kbrodee) that indicates the suburb has seen huge gains during the past year coming from a median price of below $300,000 just a few months back. One to watch!!!
