    Hi mate 

    I have I have purchased a property in Gladstone through they have been good to deal.hrlped me sort out my finances and got me prepaid to buy another property just the property we bought is looking at taking a year to settle and the valuation had come up 32k short. Jason managed to get 10k from builders and they chiped in 8k iam stil out by 14k and house is stil getting delayed but they were good to deal with to say the least hope that helps

    Thanks so much for the rresponse that's exactly the answer I was looking for

    i find my self reasearching stuf I don't really know if its a great deal or not I think something like this might keep me busy and leading in to winter iam keen to knuckle down and study then out and aabout I am going to purchase this corse iam excited

    What do you guys expect to pay for entry level USA Investing would you need to go over or can do from gground 

    has any one been buying latly ?  Does Any one think its still great ttime thanks people

    i havnt got the valuation in my hand iam going to chase it up tomorow

    i bought it through a melb company not a qld if that helps

    but it was ment to be a 32 k proffit not do a 180 on me straight away thats whats got me triping a bit

    as to the valuation i have been informed the cant do another val until the land get relesed does that sound normal?

    its a new devepoment which land is stil in civil works

    hi mate

    i have had a very similar thing happern to me as i bought a house and land pacege through a company in melb we bought it for 432k in august and it keeps geting deleyed to setle but i recived a email of the company the other day informing me the value has gone done by 32 k he could not get a cent out of the developer , the buider has chiped in 10k the company has droped the advocatecy fee of 8k bringing that to 18k and out of pocket of 14k

    iam really not to impressed to be honest but thinking positive about it all

    he did mention that mine was the worst valuation from the 4 houses he bought which i thought strange

    mine is oasis estate is that the same as yours?
