    Hi mate it's a home study course with a lot of studying it's made very good and broken down tk small sections you can handle some of the assignments I find hard but you got to think your finding solutions to people's problems it's great m8

    great to see you have some goals in place . as earl nightingale says people with out goals dont succeced its as simple as that!!!!!

    my 2014 goals

    • start to take more action to my investing by spending more hours then ever befoure studying on what is a great investment strategry

    • find a group with like mind investors and start to share my goals with them and can help each other

    • invest in a new car as mine is satrting to fall to bits as i noticed that i was screwing the door trims to hold the car together

    • buy another ip by the year is out – i have had a bad run with another deal over the last year and hoping the next year will bring alot more light on that

    • go on a boat cruise with my partner

    • find some new contacts to do some ofmy own work to create more chunks of oney with less work

    wow great post i was just looking for a similir thing actually iam actually doing steves property course and part of one of the assigments is to locate some potential towns to do some deals has any one got any leads as to where i could look just for a assigment ?  regards daniel

    I had used it for a while found it very helpfull if I was in a position to buy right now I would sign back up month to month until I was buying more property's

    Some great points there 

    I have been abit worried about increasing the rent

    but I do feel Iam getting fair market price rent

    but thinking on concreteing the drive way which will cost around 5-6k so will ask for extra rent as this will cost me and benifet them

    if I went down the path has anyone got any info on insurences ?

    a: not registed yet and I got told last night theres not a release date at the moment

    a: Iam almost certain they are separate titles I have already got released from the build deposit  and got that back minius some admin fees

    yes I did pay them to find the property

    Any one got any news on Gladstone I have bought in there and stil waiting for settlement any one know if it's the best move or where the town might be heading?

    as the prices are falling there ATM

    i belive he took his fee back which is great because he belives the val is wrong i hope so two

        so are you buying a property or just researching around?
