    i rather property because i like the tangability of it compared to owning shares or managed funds which you have no real control over.

    i earn the same as you and i have in 4 years been lucky enough to build a property portfolio to almost $1 mil. my advice is to always keep one ear to the ground and the other one listening to postive people with positive experiences.

    i would recommend you to check out the bay islands. they have experienced exceptional captial growth. macleay and russell islands are my picks.
