Hi Mark and Carrol, well it would seem by deleted comments that the forum does not like the comments being posted in relation to Members or Gordie. Might be a good idea if you find out from Members Alliance where their developments are currently and ask a realestate agents to check who it actually owned by. As it would seem that Members obviously have something to hide.

All the best with your investment stratagies.

If anybody has access to RPdata as realestate agents do, you would see that what they are selling you, they dont even own. <moderator: delete personal comment>

Well here is some light reading…. This artical unfortunately does not show Members Alliance in a good light

This sounds similar to what happened to my parents. As much as i dont agree with Chris's slam fest i must admit that even i would not consider dealing with them by way of investment. Once again i feel these forums are great but people need to make their own opinions…..

Well I have to say that my parents have dealt with Members Alliance before in Perth… I have to agree with Chris it has not been a pleasant excerise. The banks dont value the property at what Members did and the 20k line of credit is needed to meet the shortfall in rental return… I leave people to make their own choices though…..
