    What you say Ned makes sense to me as well. I have bought some land at a baech town near Townsville and aiming for capital growth.

    Thanks for that. There was a tiny thought in the back of my mind that the man was giving me this advice cause that would earn him comissions and perhaps did not really have my interest at heart at all.
