lets say if I get together with say 5 friends with the view to buy Investment properties…should I still set up a syndicate through a solicitor  or should we just purchase properties as Tenants in common?

I have extensive knowledge about properties Buying, Selling and Renovating..as I have worked as a Real Estate agent for 10 years and have worked in property Renovations for about 5 years.However I'm in need of help in the Legal and Accounting side of this new venture.cyberman

for rental purposes I guess single storey 2 bedrooms might be
the most ecconomical to get the best return on Investment.
