Hi Frank here again thanks for youre response I dont have a problem with GST I pay and claim back GST every 3 Months I am registered, the Vendor is registered. I dont no what the valuer is doing I have been told he is refusing to add the GST on to the Valuation which seems ridiculous I spoke to my accountant and he said that he had to add on gst see the sale is 280K with GST his value $255K without GST so my Broker says can I find the difference $25K so if the valuer adds on the GST I dont have to find another $25K confused Frank

I have been studying R/E for 20 yrs and while not investing heavily till the last few years much of the stuff when thought through is smoke and mirrors, or less than ethical for many and virtually unattainable for most imo.
If these guys make so much money in R/E why do they run seminars and sell books?, or why charge so much if you are trying to help people, I don`t buy that one.
You can be rich you can be successful, whether seminars will help you is debatable but one thing is for sure if you think it`s easy to start from nil in R/E and become financially free you are dreaming or being mislead.[buz2]hi no Stamp duty on mortgages when did that happen Im looking at buying a Factory & was told their is about $8,000.00 in stamp duty help
Hi Frank here I have 36 years experience in the carpet trade as an Installer and a seller I would recommend Good Quality Carpet Say a Twist Pile not to dark not to Light a resonable colour. to match decor solution dyed nylon is good for cleaning 100% wool & wool Blends Dont put cheapo it will only last 2 years the carpets I recommend will last between 10 years & 20 years also fit a good underlay say 10mm thick Bonded foam hope this helps need more info!
